The X-Filer - Convert TXT to EXE.  X-Filer will take a .TXT text file and convert it into a stand alone, self-executing .EXE file in less than 2 seconds.  Simply select the .TXT file from the directory menu, and before you even have a chance to blink, you have a self-executing version of your chosen .TXT file.  The resulting .EXE can be distributed royalty-free.  For example, a TXT files of 60 KB results in an .EXE files as small as 5 KB with which one can scroll through the text & print it out.
